Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, flour, and sour milk, blend until mixed
- 1 ) 2/3 cup butter

- 5 ) 1 cup mashed over ripe banana
- 6 ) 1/3 cup sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda to milk)

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
