Smucker's Caramel Topping Pecan Pie (Gloria Bundren Crook)

Directions Preheat oven to 350°F In a mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

- 2 C. dried large lima beans
- 3 qs. water stock
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. diced medium celery
- 1/2 C. diced medium carrots
- 1/2 C. diced medium onions
- 1/2 lb. of bacon diced (bacon should be medium to thick cut)
- 1 tsp. of chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme or 1 Tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Tbs. Chicken base
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 lb. of diced ham
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 qt. water or chicken stock

- 1 small can of kraut
- 3 large packages of “Buddig” corn beef
- 8 oz grated swiss cheese
- 1 small can black olives (sliced or chopped...drained)

- 1 tsp. onion powder or finely minced onion
- 1-3 tsp. cayenne pepper, to taste
