Ty's Cheesecake (Ty Frazier Suhre)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 18 graham crackers, rolled into crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Filling:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- Blend 1 pint sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar. Pour this mixture over cooled filling. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes only. Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before removing from pan.

- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water

OLD FASHIONED SCALLOPED TURNIPS (Dene Ford)

Butter 1 quart casserole. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and lightly sauteed onions until just wilted
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 4 c. peeled, sliced turnips
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. light cream
Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

In crock pot, mix the enchilada packet together with the water and tomato sauce
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz size – southwest style, if possible I used petite diced tomatoes w/ sweet onion)
- 1 packet enchilada sauce mix (or if you can’t find this, mild taco seasoning works well too, this is what I used)
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
- 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 C milk
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts (I only used 2 chicken breasts)

Directions Moisten the rim of a large beer glass, then press it into salt

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 12 oz. can or bottle Mexican beer

Bacon Cheese Monkey Bread (Brody Johnson)

Cook peppers and onions in 1 stick of butter until tender
- 3 cans refrigerated biscuits (10 in each can) 7.5 oz
- 2 ) 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 5 ) 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
