Coconut Peaks (Tammy Wilson)

In a saucepan, slowly heat butter till golden brown
- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 C. sifted confectioners sugar
- 3 C. flaked coconut, snipped
- 1/4 C. light cream (half & half)
- 6 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces + 1 C. chocolate pieces
- 2 t. shortening

PORK CHOPS AND MUSHROOMS ( Marty Tite)

- 1 ) 4 boneless pork chops Edit Delete

- 4 ) 1 envelope dry onion soup mix Edit Delete
- 5 ) 1/4 cup water Edit Delete
- 6 ) 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
No Roll Apple Pie Crust (Luther Travis)

Directions While butter is melting, mix the other ingredients for the crust in a bowl
- Crust:
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 3 C. flour
- 1/2 C. sugar
- pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 6 apples, cut up into pieces
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
CARROT CAKE (Mike McCalley)

Cake: Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in a bowl
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
Sour Cream Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 pint sour cream
Baked Rösti Potatoes (Greg Tite)

HEAT oven to 400ºF. SPRAY bottom and sides of 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 pkg. (20 oz. each) refrigerated shredded hash browns
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Snickerdoodles (Austin Eaton)

Heat oven 350. Mix ingredients with mixer
- 1 C shortening
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 C flour
- 2 t cream of tartar
- 1 t soda
- 1/4 salt
- Set aside to roll in before baking
- 4 Tab sugar
- 1 Tab Cinnamon
Hot Cheesy Bean Dip in a Crockpot

Directions Put in crock pot and heat on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 C. salsa
- 2 C. grated jack and cheddar cheese
- 1 C. sour cream
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
