Mandarin Orange Cake or Pineapple Cake (Jordan Tite)

Cake: Mix all ingredients, except oranges
- Cake:
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Recipe
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Butter Stick
- 1/2 Crisco Oil
- 11 oz Mandarin Oranges w/ Juice
- Frosting:
- 1 Can Pineapple Crushed w/Juice(6 1/4 oz)
- 1 Vanilla Instant pudding mix box 6 oz
- 1 Large Tub of Cool Whip
- note: if you want to garnish finished cake with mandarin or pineapple chunks .. add them to your shopping list one more can ought to do it ..
Sprite Pound Cake (Linda White)

Cream sugar and margarine until smooth
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 sticks margarine or butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup Sprite soda
- 3 teaspoons lemon flavoring
Peach Cobbler (Kathy Little)

Place peaches in a collander to drain syrup
- 4 Cans of sliced peaches (12-14 oz)
- 1 Cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 half pan or dish
Crab Quiche

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded
- One 9-inch pie shell, par-baked and pricked with a fork
- 1 pound fresh white crabmeat, drained
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch ground mace
- 3 eggs, beaten
Jalapeño Poppers (Roger & Alicia Tite)

CUT lengthwise slit in top of each pepper; scrape out seeds and veins
- 24 fresh jalapeño peppers (2 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 40 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1-2/3 cups)
- 2 cups oil
Salsa Rice (Lonnie Tite)

- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Make crust: Finely grind almonds and crumbs in a food processor and add butter, blending until combined
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (7 ounces)
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces fine-quality white chocolate
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 whole large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups fresh raspberries (11 ounces)
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish

- 6 pounds beef chuck roast
- 3 pounds pork sirloin or picnic roast
- 3 (1 ounce) packages dry Italian salad
- dressing mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (8-12 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can of beer
