1 Thaw loaves as directed on package; let rise until doubled
- 2 loaves (16-oz. each) frozen bread dough
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine the broth, tomatoes, and vegetables in a large saucepan and brig to boil over high heat
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables(peas, corn,carrots, green beans)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 large handfuls (about 4 cups )tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cans ( 14 oz) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless chicken breast, thawed
RIGATONI CARBONARA (Kay Pollard)

In large pot, cook noodles until they are half done
- 12 oz. rigatoni noodles
- 4 oz. butter
- 10 slices fried bacon, reserve drippings and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 32 oz. half & half cream
- 1 1/2 c. sliced ham
- 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 20 oz. frozen peas or chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise

- 1 C. shredded lettuce
