ALL-TIME FAVORITE MUSHROOM CASSEROLE (Sharon Tite)c

Slice and cook mushrooms briefly; drain
- 3-4 lbs. mushrooms, sliced & cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix OR 3 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix
- Chopped onion & celery (optional)
- 1 (16 oz.) box Velveeta cheese, sliced OR 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, OR 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
Ham Breakfast Braid (Tony Tite)W

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 eggs salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 ounces cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
WILMA'S CHEESE BALL (Luther Travis)

Soften cream cheese. Add pudding mix, orange juice and sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box Jello instant French vanilla pudding
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can WELL DRAINED (several hours) canned fruit cocktail
Sausage cheese dip

Brown the sausage with chopped onion, breaking into smaller pieces while cooking
- 2 lbs Velveeta
- 1 or 2 cans of Rotel green chili's and tomato's
- 1 pound of sausage ( R.B. RICES medium)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup ( 10 1/2 oz)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Kahlua Recipe (Justine Bedwell)w

Directions In saucepan boil 3 1/4 C
- 3 1/4 C. water
- 1 C. of instant coffee (freeze dry is best)
- 4 C. water
- 6 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. light corn syrup
- 1/4 vanilla extract
- 1 fifth bottle of vodka or Captain Morgan's Rum or Bacardi (dark) or Brandy

2. TOPPING: 1) 1 (20 oz
- . CAKE:
- 1 ) 1 peach or white cake mix
- 2 ) 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 ) 1 can peach pie filling
- 4 ) 2 eggs
- Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Pour in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.
Ooey-Gooey Turtle Bars

1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 3 cups Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 jar (12.25 oz) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (16 squares)

preheat oven to 425. Cut up chicken and place in a 9x12x2 dish, sprayed with cooking spray
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, drained, and cooled
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon tyme or poultry seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted

- 5 ) 1 tablespoon pimento
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
