) 2 cream cheese (8 oz. each)
) 2 cups of sharp cheddar (cracker barrel)
) 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
) ¼ cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
) 1 tablespoon chopped onion
) 1 tablespoon pimento
) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine softened cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese, mix well. Add onion, pimento, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mix well and shape into ball. Wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least 1 1/2 hours. Serve with choice of crackers, (optional) before serving, sprinkle pecans on cheese ball.
