Sweet-and-Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix Bisquick mix and pepper
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 medium carrots, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips (1 cup)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings (1/3 cup)
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- Cooked rice, if desired
LASAGNA ROLL-UPS

Heat oven to 375ºF. Combine first 3 ingredients; mix 1/2 cup with chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cooked lasagna noodles, rinsed

- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 (4-ounce) link sweet Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1/4 cup vertically sliced onion
- 4 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
