David's Irish Coffee

This recipe is prepared with the Keurig Platinum Series Quiet Brewer (K34705)
- Coffee:
- 6-oz of your favorite coffee, brewed
- 1-oz Irish cream liquor (like Bailey's)
- 1-oz Irish whiskey
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Whipped Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
Osso “Buko”

Serves 4
- 4 (12oz/ 340g each) Lamb Shanks
- I bunch of carrots
- 1 can (15oz/ 425g) canned whole San Marzano tomatoes
- 3 -finger pinch of Garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves pushed through a garlic press
- 2 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 About 1/3 a bottle of White wine
- To taste, add salt and pepper
NUTELLA BANANA BREAD

- Prepared in a pressure cooker, this bread is moist and flavorful. The hazelnut cocoa spread and ripe bananas really bring out the best in each other!

- Nutella Banana Bread
- Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup Nutella (hazelnut cocoa spread)

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, divided
- 3 to 4 drops yellow food coloring, optional
- 2 cups (12 ounces) white baking chips or semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening

WHITE CHOCOLATE AND CRANBERRIES COOKIES

- 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar or Splenda

- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

- 1 c. dried cranberries or dried cherries
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Balsamic Glaze

- 1 lb thick-cut bacon, roughly chopped

Potato Kielbasa Skillet Recipe

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish
- 1 pound red potatoes, cubed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
David's Summer Garden Vegetable Soup

In a 5-qt. pressure cooker, add the oil and heat on high, or 'brown', with the lid off
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups in total of your favorite in-season vegetables such as green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, beans, potatoes and/or corn, chopped
- 4 cups peeled, seeded, and chopped tomatoes or 2 15-oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. fresh herbs of your choice such as basil, oregano, and/or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to garnish
