In a large bowl, beat the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, salt and vanilla until smooth
- TOPPING:
- 3 cups cold mashed sweet potatoes (prepared without milk or butter)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
Tangy Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice; set aside
- 1 can (20 ounces) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 4-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 pearl onions
- 1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Spray 5-quart oval slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 2 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 2 2 tablespoons poppy seed
- 3 3 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 2 2 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 2 to 3 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Ma's Drop Sandtarts

Bake @ 325 degrees for 10 minutes
- 3/4 lb. butter
- 2 cups sugar (Ma uses 1 cup)
- 1 egg
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 3 tsps. baking powder
- Mix with mixer well, drop 1/2 tsp. on cookie sheet, leave 3" between cookies.
- Bake @ 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Press nut on cookie before baking (I use walnuts) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Easy Chicken Burritos

Preparation: Serves 2 Combine first 7 ingredients (through cayenne) in a shallow dish
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh oregano leaves
- 1 tsp dried cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 (4-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 curly leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 Tbsp salsa
- 1/2 red onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
