Bake @ 325 degrees for 10 minutes

  • 3/4 lb. butter
  • 2 cups sugar (Ma uses 1 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 3 tsps. baking powder
  • Mix with mixer well, drop 1/2 tsp. on cookie sheet, leave 3" between cookies.
  • Bake @ 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Press nut on cookie before baking (I use walnuts) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
