Grilled Fruit Sangria

To prepare for the sangria, refrigerate the wines
- Sangria:
- 1 (750-ml) bottle white zinfandel
- 1 (750-ml) bottle cava or any inexpensive sparkling wine
- 8 oz simple syrup, homemade or store-bought
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into pieces about 1" x 3"
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and sliced into pieces about 1" x 3"
- 1/3 honeydew, peeled, seeded, and sliced into pieces about 1" x 3"
- 1 peach, sliced into wedges
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into large pieces
- 10 strawberries, cut in half
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 6 oz peach brandy
- 4 oz triple sec
- Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Tomato Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, plus more for baking dish
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more for seasoning
- 3/4 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar, divided
- 2 ripe tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices

- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
- 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 lb salami, thinly sliced, cut into fourths
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- Parsley or watercress, if desired
One Pot Chicken and Rice

- 6 bone in chicken thighs or 6 drumsticks (or a combination of the two)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 green bell peppers, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
