Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Crust & Filling:
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/2 cup lemon pie filling
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 persimmons, stems removed and sliced
- 1/4 cup apricot jelly
- Ginger-Vanilla Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1-1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
Sweet and Sour Slow Cooker Flank Steak

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except steak
- 2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
- 9 oz frozen chopped onions, about 2 1/2 cups
- 16 oz canned mushrooms, sliced, well-drained*
- 24 oz chili sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) fat-free beef broth
- 2 Tbsp canned tomato paste
- 1/4 cup(s) red wine, dry-variety
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp unpacked brown sugar
- 3 pound(s) uncooked lean flank steak, cut into six equal pieces
Virgin Mango Daiquiris

Let the frozen mango sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 lime, peeled

- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 –1 tsp lime zest (or more, to taste)
- 1/3 cup bottled key lime juice
- 9 '' ready-made graham cracker crust

1 Heat 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium heat
- 12 apple, pear and/or pineapple rings (fresh or canned)*
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
Tortilla Soup

In a 4-quart saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat
- 6 corn tortillas, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- Vegetable oil to coat pan about 1/2-inch deep for frying
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 1 (15-oz) can whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 dried ancho chili (or 2 dried pasilla chilies) stemmed, seeded and torn into several flat pieces
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 large sprig fresh epazote
- Salt
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into small cubes
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Preparation: Serves 4 as a light main dish
