GARLIC-LIME GRILLED WINGS

Serves 4-6 as an appetizer
- Ingredients:
- Wings:
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 Tbs chili powder
- 2 2 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 tsp salt
- 3 3 3 limes, zested
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 2 2 Tbs olive oil
- 3 3 3 lbs chicken wings
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1 1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 from 1/2 a lime
- 1 1 1 tsp garlic, chopped
Chocolate-Pumpkin Marble Cake

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 325°F or as directed in the cake mix instructions
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, divided
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 container chocolate frosting
- 1 container orange frosting (or vanilla, dyed with orange food coloring)
- 1 bar semisweet chocolate, cut into shavings

Spectacular Dirty Martini Salad Recipe

Cut lemon in half lengthwise; cut one half into eight thin wedges
- DRESSING:
- 1 medium lemon
- 8 pimiento-stuffed olives
- 8 frilled toothpicks
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 packages (5 ounces each) spring mix salad greens
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1 shallot, halved
- 6 pimiento-stuffed olives plus 1/4 cup juice from the jar, divided
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vodka or additional white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
Macaroni Salad Recipe

Cook pasta according to package and rinse with cold water when done
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup finely diced mixture of celery, green bell pepper, and onion (see note)
- 1/4 cup dill relish
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise ( I used Dukes)
- black pepper, Old Bay, seasoning salt to taste
- parsley, paprika, garnish
- Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package and rinse with cold water when done. Drain & set aside.
- In a large bowl, add cold pasta, chopped eggs, celery, bell pepper, and onion mixture.
- Toss to combine.
- Add in dill relish, sweet relish and tuna.
- Stir to combine.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Season to taste with black pepper, Old Bay and seasoning salt (if needed)
- Spread into a casserole dish.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
