BACON & BISCUIT WRAPPED CHEESE DOG

Makes 24
- Ingredients:
- 1 1 1 (8-count) tube refrigerator biscuits, each cut into fourths
- 4 4 4 jumbo hot dogs, each cut into eighths
- 1 1 block 1 (8-oz) block pasteurized cheese product, cut into eighths
- 1 1 1 egg, beaten
- 4 4 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped small
- 1 1 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- Preparation:
- to 350°F. oven to 350°F.
- 1/2 the beaten egg overtop each wrapped hot dog, then sprinkle on about 1/2 tsp bacon.
- 20 in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the hot dogs are baking, combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a mixing bowl. Serve alongside the prepared hot dogs for dipping.

- 1 cup small-diced celery
- 1 cup small-diced carrot
- 1/2 cup small-diced yellow onion
- 1 (12-oz) package fresh cauliflower rice
- 1 (1-oz) packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 rotisserie chicken, meat pulled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions, for garnish
