- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar (can also use white rice vinegar)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-tablespoon 1-tablespoon kosher salt

- Ingredients

- 2 2. to 15-25 butter in an ovenproof sauté pan over medium heat. Stir in shallots and sugar and combine. Add red wine vinegar, sprinkle in salt and pepper and toss well. Transfer to oven and roast 15-25 minutes until tender.

- 1/2 together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, 1/2 of lemon zest and sugar in a small bowl; set aside. Save the remaining zest as a garnish for salad.

1 Beat egg and preserves in shallow dish with fork, breaking apart any large pieces of preserves
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons peach preserves
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 pork boneless loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Salted Caramel Doughnut Holes

Inspired Taste make sweet and salty doughnut holes dipped in warm caramel
- 1 In deep fryer or 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium heat to 350°F. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Using small round cookie cutter, cut 3 holes out of each biscuit.
- 2 Gently place 3 or 4 doughnut holes in hot oil. Fry on one side until golden brown. Gently turn with tongs; fry until other side is golden brown. Place on cooling rack; cool 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sugar and salt; pour onto plate. While doughnut holes are still warm, add to sugar-salt; turn to coat.
- 4 In small microwavable bowl, microwave caramel dip on High about 30 seconds or until warm. Serve doughnut holes with warm caramel dip.
