ANDALUSIAN CONDIMENT SOUP

Saute the onions, celery, and carrots
- 1 cup diced Onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- Julienne Blade, 1 cup carrots
- Saute onions, celery, and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. dried Basil
- 1 15 oz. can Tomatoes
- 1 16 oz. Tomato Juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 12 oz. tomato juice
- 2 TBLSP. White vinegar
- freshly ground pepper
QUICK FIX WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

- Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (14-ounce) can, or 2 cups, reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 2 (15-ounce) cans white beans (Great Northern or cannellini), drained
- 3 cups shredded skinless chicken breast
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
- 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican blend shredded cheese (optional)
Grilled "Cola-Q" Chicken

- 1 cup cola
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Chocolate Strawberry Dream Pie

- Cookie Crust:
- 1-1/3 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (such as Oreo)
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- Filling:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages chocolate or chocolate fudge instant pudding (8 servings)
- 1 (8-oz) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 qt fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 small chocolate bar (milk or dark), grated

- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
