SWEET TEA BARBECUE PORK CHOPS

- Ingredients:
- Sweet Tea Barbecue Pork Chops
- Pork Chops:
- 6 7 bone-in pork chops or 7 (8-oz) boneless pork chops
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 qt sweet tea
- Peach & Sweet Tea Barbecue Sauce:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup sweet tea
- 3/4–1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
Juicy Watermelon Salad Recipe

In a large bowl, combine watermelon and onion; cover and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes
- 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon (about 1 medium)
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 cup fresh arugula or baby spinach
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- Watermelon slices, optional

CRAB CHOWDER

Preparation: Heat a 5 or 6-qt stockpot over medium heat
- 5 thick-cut bacon, small dice
- 1-1/2 cups onion, small dice
- 1-1/2 cups celery, small dice
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup, plus 2 Tbsp, flour
- 3-1/2 cups vegetable or crab stock
- 2 (12-oz) cans evaporated milk
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and medium dice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3 tsp seafood seasoning blend
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb lump crabmeat

- 1 (12-ct) package sweet dinner rolls, left connected
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted & divided as noted below
- 1-1/2 cups pre-diced, frozen peppers and onions, thawed and drained of excess moisture
- 6–8 oz ham, cut into small dice (or pre-diced)
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt, plus extra for sprinkling

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 fennel bulb, diced, stems removed, fronds reserved
- 1 cup white wine
- 8 cups clam, lobster, or fish broth
- 4 cups petite diced tomatoes with juice
- 1-1/2 tsp saffron threads
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 6 red bliss potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3/4 lb small shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 1 lb whitefish (such as cod, halibut, or flounder), cut into 1" pieces
