Halloween Puffs

Stuffed Shells with Pumpkin-Bacon Sauce

- 1 cup onion, finely diced

Salami & Provolone Pasta Salad Recipe

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 3 cups uncooked cellentani pasta or elbow macaroni
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 4 ounces provolone cheese, cubed (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces hard salami, cubed (about 1 cup)
- 1/3 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- Additional Italian salad dressing and minced fresh basil, optional
Crab Cake Po'Boy

- Fried Pickles:
- 8 Emeril's Louisiana crab cakes (or your favorite crab cakes)
- 4 (8") French bread rolls
- 2 ripe red tomatoes, cut into 12 slices
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 12 sliced sandwich-style dill pickles
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups frying oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Remoulade:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp coarse grain mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, small dice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
THYME ROASTED POTATOES
