- 12 to 14 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 6 tablespoons (6 ounces) light cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled Greek feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 cup panko crumbs, or fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/3 cup sour cream

- Quesadilla:
- 8 (8") flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp reserved bacon fat
- 2 (8-oz) blocks Colby Jack cheese, shredded and divided
- 10 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 3 –4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 medium head romaine lettuce, thinly shredded into ribbons and divided
- 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced and divided
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK LASAGNA

- Ingredients
- 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled to directions
- 1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo cheese sauce
- 2 1/2 pounds Philly steak beef (or chicken), cooked and cooled
- 2 cups sautéed onions, cooled
- 2 cups sautéed mushrooms, chopped and cooled
- 2 cups sautéed green peppers, chopped and cooled
- 2 cups sautéed broccoli rabe, chopped
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups sharp provolone, shredded
- Fresh ground salt and pepper
Garlic Herb Butter

- 2 1/2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves

- 2 garlic cloves, chopped

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer
- 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 eggs
- 1 c strong black coffee, cooled
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- 1/2 c margarine, softened
- 2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp real vanilla extract
Pineapple Upside-Down Bread Pudding

- Bread Pudding:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 cups (12-oz) challah bread cut into 3/4" cubes
- 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- Glaze:
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp whole milk

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 cups finely chopped peeled tart apples
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- FINISHING:
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons water
