  • Ingredients:
  • 2 2 1/8" lbs parsnips, peeled and sliced into 1/8" thick slices
  • 2 2 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1-1/3 1-1/3 1-1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Preparation:
  • to 350°F. 8" 8" 350°F. Lightly grease an 8" x 8" baking dish with oil spray. Set aside.
