Beef Stroganoff

Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour
- 1 1/2 pounds cubed round steak, cut into thin strips
- House Seasoning, recipe follows--(I use Montreal Steak seasoning instead)
- All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cooked egg noodles
Chicken Gnocchi Soup

A lightened up version of Olive Garden’s Chicken Gnocchi Soup
- 1 cup chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 Tbls butter
- 2 Tbls olive oil
- 1 quart fat free evaporated milk (or half and half)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16oz) package gnocchi
Spinach and Artichoke-Stuffed Baguette

In a dry sauté pan over medium heat, add walnuts
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 3 cups tightly packed baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (approx. 5-6 scrapes of fresh nutmeg on a rasp)
- 2 demi baguettes*
- 1/2 cup crumbled tomato-and-basil flavored feta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

- 16 OREO Cookies, chopped (about 2 cups), divided

In 4-quart Dutch oven melt butter over medium heat
- 1 , 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 pound deli-roasted chicken, skinned, boned, and coarsely shredded
- 2 tablespoon sbutter
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 , 14 ounce canreduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
- 1 1/4 cup scrumbled blue cheese (5 oz.)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)

- 7 C milk
- 4 lrg potatotes, baked, peeled, and cubed (about 4 cups)

- 12 bacon slices; cooked crumbled
- 1 1/4 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 C sour cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
