- Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- serve with chocolate graham crackers, honey graham crackers, Ritz crackers, and even some apple wedges.

- 1 Cup butter
- 2 Cups flour
- filling: 14 oz. caramels
- 1/2 C evaporated milk
- icing: 2 T. shortening

- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets, steamed until tender crisp (steam your own fresh broccoli or frozen Steam Fresh broccoli can be steamed in the microwave)

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, ad garlic powder to equal same.
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 4 to 6 meduim ppotatoes, peeled and cut ito wedgees or thick slices.
