  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
