Ricotta lemon loaf

1) Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Zest of two large lemons
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk ricotta is always better, but you can substitute part skim)
- ¼ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed from the lemons used in the zest)
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract (optional – you can leave it out if it’s too “lemony” for your taste buds)
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- Sanding Sugar (optional)
Ground Beef Bulgogi

Add the oil, garlic and ginger to the Instant Pot

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch knob ginger, minced
- 2 pounds ground beef

1) preheat oven to 375. rub potatoes with evoo and place on rimmed baking sheet, bake til tender about 45-50 minute...
- Toppings:
- 3 lbs scrubbed and dried sweet potatoes (6)
- evoo
- 4 t room temp butter cut into pieces
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- pinch cayenne
- salt
- 2/3 c pepitas tossed with salt and evoo
- or
- 2/3 c chopped pecans mixed with 2t butter and 1 tsp sugar
- or
- 2/3 c mini marshmellows

Grilled sirloin with artichoke pesto and farro salad

- artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
- 1 c fresh basil
- 1 t sliced almonds
- 2 garlic cloves, 1 whole and 1 minced
- 1 c fresh flat leaf parsley loosely packed
- 1/4 c fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 3 t grated parm
- 1/4 c plus 1t olive oil
- 3 t water
- salt and pepper to season
- 1 c yellow onion, diced
- 2 c chopped kale
- 2 t white balsamic
- 2 8 oz sirloin steaks

- 20oz 20oz 20oz bottle Cherry Coke

- 10oz 10oz 10oz jar maraschino cherries (with juice)
- 6oz 6oz 6oz box cherry gelatin mix
- 2 16oz 2 16oz 16oz jars vanilla frosting
- 1 1 1 cup white chocolate chips
Strawberry Amaretto Parfait

Place a bowl and beaters of an electric mixer in the freezer for about 10 minutes
- CUSTARD CREAM:
- 3 Cups Easy Custard Cream cooled to room temperature
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp Confectioners Sugar
- 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
- 4-5 Amaretti Cookies crushed
- 3 3/4 Cups (900 ml) Milk
- 1/2 Cup (100 ml) Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Cups (300 gr) Sugar
- 3/4 Cup (100 gr) Corn Starch
- 10 Egg yolks
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- Peel of 1 lemon
