- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 3/4 c pineapple juice
- 1/4 c plus 2t honey

Baked orange chicken meatballs

Make the meatballs: Preheat the oven to 500ºF
- For the meatballs:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken (See Kelly's Note)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tablespoons minced scallions
- 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- For the sauce:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce

- 2-3 pound Corned Beef Brisket with spice/seasoning pack included in the packaging
- 1 medium onion (I used Spanish), peeled and cut into wedges

- 2 Idaho potatoes (1 pound in weight), peeled and cubed into 1-inch cubes

- 1 1 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 1 ounce) container 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1 ounce) can 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
