- 4-5 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 5-6 slices of french bread, cubed

Potato Croquettes

Start by boiling the potatoes (in their skins) until done, about 30 to 40 minutes

- 2 lbs of russet potatoes, boiled

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
