Chocolate cream cheese monkey bread

Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C) Cut biscuits in half and cube the cream cheese (32 pieces)
- 2 16 oz containers of biscuit dough (16 big biscuits total)
- 8-12 oz Cream Cheese
- Chocolate Chips (we used dark chocolate)
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (optional)

1 Put the ingredients in a food processor & whizz them up into a thick liquid 2 Pour the liquid into a saucepan &
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup warm water (200ml)
- 3 cloves garlic (cut into sticks)

Avocado bread

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Nonstick cooking spray, for the loaf pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (see Cook's Note)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ripe large avocado
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg

Place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes mix until well combine

- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbs Vanilla
- 6 tbs flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Ice cream
- Caramel drizzle

HONEY BOURBON CHICKEN

**Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency
- 1 1/2 pounds Chicken, Thighs, Boneless/Skinless
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups dice Onion
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1/4 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup Honey

Mix all ingredients except hard boiled eggs, ketchup and brown sugar
- 1.25 lbs. of lean ground beef
- 2 extra large eggs
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry)

Arugula and potato soup

In a medium pot warm the olive oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 3/4 pound Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 cup chopped, about 2 ounces, assorted lettuce (butter, red leaf, green leaf)
- 2 cups (2 ounces) arugula or spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- sliced goat cheese for garnish
Cabernet short ribs (slow cooker)

1) season ribs with salt and pepper
- 4 lbs short ribs
- 2 t flour
- 1 c red wine
- 2 lbs of carrot, onion and celery chopped
- 8 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 package beef and onion soup mix (2.2oz)
- 1 t each chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
Chicken royale

Dredge all the chicken in the flour mixture and set aside Add the vegetable oil to the Instant Pot
- 1.5 – 2lbs of chicken cutlets/breasts, sliced thin (about 1/8″ thick)
- 1/2 cup of flour mixed with a few dashes of garlic salt and onion powder, for dredging
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil (if using 2lbs of chicken, use 1/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp (1/4 stick) of salted butter
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1 tsp of crush garlic
- 1 cup of Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup of garlic or chicken broth (1/2 tsp of Garlic Better Than Bouillon + 1/2 cup of water)
- 8 oz of Baby Bella (Crimini) mushrooms, sliced
- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, broken apart by hand or chopped into large pieces
- 7 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan
- 3 oz pack of sliced Prosciutto
- 8-10 deli slices of Mozzarella cheese
Summer berry cake

Grease and flour a 7” cake pan
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour plus 1 tablespoon
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg room temperature
- 3/4 cup buttermilk room temperature
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries rinsed, dried and coated in 1/2 tablespoon of flour. (blueberries, chopped blackberries and raspberries)
- Glaze
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice from 1 lemon
- Topping
- 2 cup mixed berries
- handful mint leaves
