Country style french onion soup

- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar

- 4 c. water
- 3 vegetable cubes, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 4 slices toasted french bread
- 1c. grated parmesan or gruyere cheeese
Chicken & Dumplings

Flatten each biscuit to about 1/8" thickness
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1-1/2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tube (16oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Disney's vinagrette dressing

1) blend all ingredients except oil 2) slowly drizzle oil in to emulsify
- 1 c each of sugar, lemon juice and diced onions
- black pepper to taste

Pulled Pork (slow cooker)

1)place pork in slow cooker; pour root beer over meat
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 12 oz root beer
- 18 oz of bbq sauce

- 2 pieces of Sheila Gs Brownie brittle (2pts)
- 1 TBS light butter (2pts)

- 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 oz SF FF chocolate pudding mix(2pts
- 1/2 oz SF FF cheesecake pudding mix(2pts)
- 3 TBS splenda
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
Chicken fajita rice

Turn IP onto saute. When hot add butter/oil and chicken
- 1 1 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1 1 tbsp butter/oil
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cup long grain rice rinsed
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cup chicken broth/stock
- 1 1 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 1 1 medium red pepper chopped
- 1 1 1 small onion
- 1 1 1 pkg Fajita seasoning
- 1 1 can 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1 1 cup shredded monterey jack chees
