Oriental Fried Chicken

- 1 Tbs garlic salt
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- Second mixture
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- Boneless chicken breast
- Bread crumbs
Pan Grilled Sea Bass [HCG]

1. Season the steaks on both sides with salt, pepper and seasoning blend
- 2 (100 gram) fresh sea bass steaks
- Sea salt and pepper
- Italian seasoning blend
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Breakfast Casserole

Pesto Chicken Pasta

1. Bring a large pot of lghtly salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 min then drain 2

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Beef and Green Onion Stir Fry [HCG]

1. Cut the steak across the grain into thin slices and mix the green onions in a medium bowl
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 200 grams lean up top round steak
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 large radish, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup all natural, low sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbs cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- Sea salt and pepper

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
- 6 scallions, trimmed & thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons pear or apple sauce
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablepsoon rice or cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Caprese Salad
