Ingredients

  • First mixture

  • 1 Tbs garlic salt

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 4 Tbs soy sauce

  • Second mixture

  • 1 cup butter

  • ¾ cup water

  • 4 Tbs soy sauce

  • Boneless chicken breast

  • Bread crumbs

Directions

1. Cut chicken into small cubes 2. Soak chicken in the first mixture 3. Cook chicken in the second mixture and then in bread crumbs 4. Fry until golden brown
