Ingredients

  • 1 lbs sausage (browned and drained)

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 3 or 4 slices of bread (cut into small cubes) any type of bread is fine

  • 2 cups corn flakes

  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

1. Cook sausage and drain off oil 2. In a bowl combine sausage, eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and bread cubes 3. Spray the bottom of an 8x8 casserole dish metal or glass 4. Pour in ingredients from bowl in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 min. to 1 hr. 5. In a plastic bag add 2 cups of corn flakes and smash. 6. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a bowl 7. Add the corn flakes to the melted butter (do this just prior to putting on top) 8. After the casserole has cooked for 45 min. to 1 hr. put the corn flake mixture on top and cook another 30 min. or until golden brown.
