Ingredients

  • 2

    (100 gram) fresh sea bass steaks

  • Sea salt and pepper

  • Italian seasoning blend

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

1. Season the steaks on both sides with salt, pepper and seasoning blend. 2. Place a large, nonstick grill pan over high heat. When the pan is hot, add the bass and cook, turning once until browned on the surface and flaky in the center, 4 to 5 minutes total. 3. Remove, sprinkle with lemon juice.
