- 1 c powdered sugar
- In bowl #2 mix together:
- 3 1/2 c milk
- 2 pkg (3 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 pkg crushed oreos

- 3/4 tsp grated lemon rind
