Ingredients

  • 10 oz lasagna noodles

  • Prego sauce

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Mixture

  • 2 cups large curd cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 Tbs parsley

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375˚ 2. Layer in a 9x13 pan, noodles, 1/2 mixture, mozzarella cheese, sauce, repeat 3. Bake for 30 min, or 1 hour if stored in fridge 4. Cool for 15 min
