Butternut Squash Soup

Preheat oven to 350. Place squash cut side up in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and thyme
- 2 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 2 inch chunks
- Olive oil
- 2 medium Vidalia onions
- 1 large garlic bulb
- butter
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 3-4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt & pepper to taste
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

1.In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
- 8oz pkg Reese's peanut butter cup Minis (or about 1 1/2 cup chopped Reeses cups)
Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

1.Line an 8x8 square pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray
- 3 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2-3 teaspoons mint extract (not peppermint)
- green food coloring
- 3/4 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
Cheesy Lasagna Stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe

Directions: 1 Melt butter and add garlic and oregano to butter
- ×cookie sheet
- ×Pillsbury french bread crust
- ×1/4 cup melted butter
- ×1 teaspoon minced garlic (more to taste)
- ×1 tablespoon dried oregano
- ×1/2 of a brick mozzarella cheese, or 4-6 thick slices

- ×about 1-2 cups marinara sauce, with meat (optional)

- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs

- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 oz box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
