Instructions 1.Grease the inside of a 3 to 4-quart crock pot
- Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 can condensed cheddar soup
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

How To 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

- – 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 20 ounces florets)
- – 2 tablespoons flour
- – 1 cup whole milk
- – 1 egg, beaten
- – 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- – 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- – 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- – 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- 1 pound Italian sausage (hot, but mild or sweet also work)
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cored and diced
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Pepper Jack Cheese and Spinach

- Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded (you can use up to 6 oz)
- 1 c frozen spinach, thawed and drained (you can also use fresh cooked spinach)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (I use Italian style)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lots of toothpicks

- (TURN ON LOW HEAT)
- 1/4 TEASPOON CEYANNE PEPPER
- 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN
- 1/2 TEASPOON CHILI POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
- 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
