Mandarin Orange Salad

Instructions: Mix together Cool Whip and Instant vanilla pudding (do NOT make the pudding, just use it dry)
- Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (use dry) I would use sugar free
- 1 Large can Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
- 2 Medium/Large cans Mandarin Oranges (drained)
- 1 pkg Cool Whip 8 oz ( and you could use fat free)
Peanut Butter Balls

- 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces choc flavored candy coating
Crock Pot Chocolate Candy!

Then drop onto wax paper to cool off!
- Easy - throw Nuts and Chocolate (I used Almonds, Peanuts, Chocolate Bars, and Chocolate Chips) into a Crock Pot on LOW for 2 hours. Don't touch it for the first hour, then stir every 15 minutes through the second hour.
Cream Cheese Mints

Mix powdered sugar except 1 cup and cream cheese to from dough
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp mint flavor
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz box powdered sugar
Farmer's Casserole

Directions Grease 2 quart rectangular baking dish
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 3 ⁄4 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1 ⁄4 cup green onion, well chopped
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
MUSHROOM CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Brown the sausage with the celery, onion and mushrooms
- 3-4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounce bag frozen cauliflower, cooked well and drained
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Paprika, optional

- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups confectionery sugar
- Chocolate topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
