  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder (like THIS powder)
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder (like THIS powder)
  • Sea salt, to taste (like THIS salt)
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Note: I urge you to buy block cheese and grate it by hand, as pre-shredded cheese is covered in anti-caking ingredients that can cause it to clump instead of melting into a smooth dip.
