1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (if you choose to bake your chicken rather than grill)
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
- 4 or 5 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 . tsp sea salt
- Handful basil, chopped

Marinade chicken breasts in caesar dressing for at least 3 hours, up to overnight
- 1/2 C prepared caesar salad dressing
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 C onion, diced
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1 C Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 C fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb angel hair pasta

- 1 1/4 cup very warm water (Somewhere between 95°F and 115°F is fine.)
- 2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast (1 packet)
- 1 tsp. granulated cane sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 1/4 cups Jules Gluten Free™ All-Purpose Flour
- milk (dairy or non-dairy) or mixed egg wash for brushing on uncooked loaf (the milk will help to brown the loaf; an egg stirred with a tablespoon of water will make the loaf shiny and lightly browned)

- 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Hass avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 medium radishes, thinly sliced
