- 1 3/4 lbs chicken tenders (or boneless breasts, pounded thin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2-3/4 cup flour, seasoned with garlic pepper salt
- 12 slices pre- cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (I used purple, for color)
- 12 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked

1 Dice the onion, mince the garlic and finely chop the ginger
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 quart chicken broth
- one 3-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 pound pad-Thai rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- one 13-ounce can coconut milk
- pound snow peas
- 4 limes, juiced( try 2 next time)
