- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Slow Cooker Cheese Dip

In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bulk spicy pork sausage
- 2 pounds process cheese (Velveeta), cubed

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl
- 3 cups plain flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups mashed bananas (5 medium)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Maraschino cherries
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Garnishes: toasted flaked coconut, long stemmed Maraschino cherries, grated milk chocolate, chopped pecans, hot fudge sauce.

- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar (plus 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
