- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1.5 cups cooked Rice
- 3/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
