Ingredients

  • LOW CARB CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE:

  • 1

    tablespoon butter (softened if possible)

  • 3/4

    tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1

    tablespoon half and half or milk

  • 1

    whole egg, beaten

  • 1 1/2

    tablespoons coca powder

  • 1

    tablespoon Bob’s Low Carb Baking Mix

  • 1/2

    scoop protein powder, unsweetened

  • 4

    packets Nustevia

  • Scant teaspoon baking powder

  • Splash vanilla

  • FROSTING:

  • 1/2 to 1

    tablespoonbutter, softened

  • 1

    ounce cream cheese, softened

  • 2

    packets Stevia

  • 1/2

    tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • Splash vanilla

  • A few grains of salt

  • Splash of heavy cream (watch amount …just enough to make it mixable)

  • 1

    tsp Peanut Butter - optional (decrease Butter and cream)

Directions

Mix cake ingredients well and microwave for 2 minutes. Frost with icing and enjoy!
