Ingredients
- LOW CARB CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE:
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened if possible)
- 3/4 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon half and half or milk
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coca powder
- 1 tablespoon Bob’s Low Carb Baking Mix
- 1/2 scoop protein powder, unsweetened
- 4 packets Nustevia
- Scant teaspoon baking powder
- Splash vanilla
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoonbutter, softened
- 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Splash vanilla
- A few grains of salt
- Splash of heavy cream (watch amount …just enough to make it mixable)
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter - optional (decrease Butter and cream)
