  • 2 cups of shredded cheese…I blended Kerrygold Aged Cheddar & Aged Cheddar With Irish Whiskey, extra sharp cheddar and Gruyere cheeses
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese for the topping
