  • 1/4 C cream
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 C chicken broth, depending on how thick or thin you like your soup
  • 8 oz. of your favorite cheese
