- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar twin or sugar-free maple flavored syrup
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups raw almonds
