Stuffed Meatloaf with Caramelized Onions and Provolone Cheese

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 sweet onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 pounds meat loaf mixture (beef/veal/pork)
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (freshly grated, 6 ounces)
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese (sliced)
- 1 green pepper, split
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Small jar Prego Spaghetti sauce with Meat
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian Herbs
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- fresh green pepper pieces
Classic Cranberry Sauce

Place cranberries in a strainer; rinse with cool water
- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
Pretty Damn Amazing Biscuits with Sausage Gravy

Prepare biscuits according to package directions
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits (I prefer frozen Southern Style Pillsbury Grands! biscuits)
- 1 pound ground maple-flavored sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 to 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- At least 1 tablespoon black pepper
Savory Pepper Steak

Too spicy for me
- 1 1/2 lbs round steak, cut into 1/2 in strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 (16 oz) can Italian style tomatoes
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
Holiday Vegetable Stuffing

It's perfect for the holidays, but easy enough for any time you're in the mood for really tasty stuffing!
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped (about 2/3 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped apples
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
- 1 can (about 8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Craisins
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing

- 2 bay leaves

Blueberry Martini

- 1 ounce Limoncello
- 3 ounce Blueberry Juice
