Raspberry Lemonade

Directions Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice into a pitcher
- 4 cups fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 bag frozen raspberries
- Ice cubes, for serving
Vegetable Pot Pie

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 leek, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable broth
- 3/4 c. whole milk
- 2 c. frozen peas
- 8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 russet potato, diced
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water

- 1 1/2 part SVEDKA Vanilla
- 1 1/2 part dark crème de cacao
- 3/4 part heavy cream
Fricassee Of Beef

Season meat well with salt and pepper
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- Salt and pepper
- 1 ⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (14 ounces) frozen pearl onions
- 1 bag (8 ounces) baby carrots
- 1 1⁄2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts, thawed and halved
- 1 packet (1.6 ounces) garlic and herb sauce mix
- 1 container (21 ounces) refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
Alfredo Sauce

It's hard to believe that just three ingredients, plus salt and pepper, can result in such a wonderful sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus more for sprinkling over the final dish, if desired.
Crock Pot Spanish Rice

Combine everything in a greased slow cooker except the Red Gold tomatoes and mix well
- 1 Cup Long Cooking Rice (Long Grain)- uncooked
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Onion- Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper- Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic- Minced (or 1/4 tsp Freeze Dried Garlic)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 14.75 oz Can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice and Cilantro
Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan Hash Brown Cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (20 oz) bag Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns; OR 3-1/2 cups shredded russet potatoes, rinsed and squeezed dry in a towel
- 3 green onions, chopped (approx. 1/3 cup), both white and green parts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Strawberry Butter
