Hearty Potato Soup II

Combine first 8 ingredients in a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (2 1/2 pounds)
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans low-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half
- Italian Bread Bowls
- Garnish: fresh celery leaves
Diana's Tuna Mac Salad

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 2 (6 oz) cans tuna
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 Delicious apples, peeled and diced
- Miracle Whip to moisten
- Seasoned Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salad Seasoning to taste
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- Peas
- Cucumbers, diced
- Craisins
- Or just use your imagination
BANANA SNOWMAN

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and fine strain into a Martini glass
- 1 part SVEDKA Vodka
- 1/2 part banana liqueur
- 1 part heavy cream
- 1/4 part Black Velvet Toasted Caramel
- Muddled banana chunks
Carrot and Fennel Salad with White Wine Dressing

Put the raisins in a bowl and soak in white wine for 1 hour, drain and reserve the white wine
- 1/2 cup sultana (golden) raisins
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 carrots, peeled, cut into ribbons with vegetable peeler
- 1/2 fennel, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
